We are a 18 clinician practice and have been on SP since May 2021. The recent SP telehealth glitch brought to light that our clinicians who mainly work on telehealth have been experiencing glitchy screen time with clients for a much longer period of time. They have begun to use another secure telehealth platform we kept to make sure SP was going to work.
Has anyone else had any consistent issues with the telehealth portion of SP?. SP has been great other than that. Thanks for any information or help.
I came here just to see if this was a common thing. We started using this in March of this year and this is the biggest complaint. It was one of the bigger reasons we made the switch and to find that it is consistently problematic is disappointing. I'm disappointment that there is not a response of this from SP team.
