Camera won't turn back on

I turned my camera off for a second during session and when I try to turn it back on, I get a circle with a red line through it.  Please help, as I have been calling and no one is picking up.  I have afternoon sessions.

  Hi Lisa,

  If you are still having issues with your camera during Telehealth sessions, I recommend creating a Help Request to receive troubleshooting assistance. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
