Check-Boxy Progress Note Template? Anybody?

Hello,

I am finding that progress notes are taking too much time for me, and that I would like to use a template that is as "check-boxy" as possible, while still holding up to an audit. Would anyone be so kind as to recommend either a template that already exists in the Template Library or be willing to share their own template?
