    Hi Colleen,

    A form will be unclickable if you have already sent it to a client and they did not complete it before you attempt to resend it. If this is not the case, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into this. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
