    Hi Paula,

    This is from the prorated credit that you were charged when you updated your subscription plan. On the day that a customer updated their plan, they were charged a prorated credit for the additional increase in subscription costs along with their normal subscription bill. If you have any further questions then I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can assist.
