Load previous note

I just picked my new subscription with SP and chose the starter plan.  Since closing the starter plan the load previous note button is not longer visible.  Is this feature included in the starter plan?  If so, how do I go about loading the precious note?

  I think that feature didn’t get included on the starter plan. I did the higher tier to keep the calendar sync feature and Load Previous Note still works for me.

  I just figured out it didn't get included in the starter plan and signed up for the next level plan.  Does the $69 plan allow you to download the previous treatment plan?

  I have the next level plan but I’ve been noticing when I use the load previous note it says the note was deleted or no history of the nite that was deleted. I wonder if this is related to their new tier program.

  Hi everyone,

  The Load Previous Note feature is available with all plans. If you are currently experiencing any issues with using that feature, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can look into why the feature is not functioning correctly.
