    Agreed. While this may be a price problem, the bigger problem is the pretending treating people like this is good business practice...the silence says it all.

    Like my partner said, "All of our business relationships are like our romantic relationships. It is ridiculous for me to expect the people in my relationships to be perfect; I have not and do not expect that. I just want to see effort, honesty and communication. But please don't openly treat me poorly and pretend that type of treatment is just fine and dandy. Then I perceive that you think so poorly of me that I'm not wise enough to figure out that I'm being treated poorly. That's not the way you treat any relationship, business or romantic. That's not moral or ethical."
