Creating a Group Appointment SessionsAnswered
I find it very frustrating that we have to schedule multiple clients in one time slot that do not have the same appointment link for group session. Regardless, if scheduled at same time, they are not able to access the same session as sends separate links to each of the clients. So I am reduced to copy to then copy and share the link via messenger.
I do family work and should NOT have to do a work around to create a fictious 'family group' with the family's name with a primary family member under only other option besides client is then 'couple' to show it's a family session. To make it even more inconvenient, I then copy the link and send out to each of the family members as a message in chat to access for session.
We just had a prices increased to 'professional' rates and find it difficult to understand why Simple Practice can't create a multiple options for not only client, couples but also for 'groups' up to 10, 15 or 20 individuals (depending on the group size)?
I have become very dissatisfied with this service. Please address as others have also made comments on this need that remains unresolved.
