As my practice is growing I am looking for a way to stay in contact with and connect with clients via email. I don't think this is possible yet within Simple Practice, but I am looking for some tool or CRM to help me store client information and also sort clients into groups based on various traits/categories. I would like to be able to email clients on birthdays, sort by age, service type, location, etc.

Does anyone use an email marketing tool or CRM outside of Simple Practice that allows them the capability of accomplishing these tasks? 

Is this something Simple Practice may be working on integrating?

  I would like this feature as well - an automated birthday greeting that has a customizable template for our brand.
