closing discussions seems suspicious

    The complaints about the calendar sync are all closed without any input from members. The assistance we need with GFE templates are mostly closed.  Guess facebook is the place to really communicate.  Why?

    Hi Lena,

    Currently our process is to close all posts where a definitive answer or response has been provided or if the post does not require further discussion. With posts that address our subscription pricing, we listen and share the feedback with our team, however, if anyone has any further opinions that they would like to share then they can make a new post for us to review.
