Anyone know how to get the attention of the Help Department? I have submitted 3 requests now about the same subject and all I get is half-answers, misinformation and crickets. With SimplePractice billing clients on their credit cards for payments when they have insurance and even after reversing those amounts at an expense to me, I can't get the co-pays to charge the account instead. While the nightly summary can be altered, and I do, SimplePractice is still not billing for the amount I enter, be it a nightly co-pay or the past due co-pays that didn't make it into the machine due to not having timely help from the Help Department. Charging people who have little to no income is inappropriate and I can't have my clients subjected to this cyclical process.
