    Hi Koy,

    Our Customer Success Team works as quickly as possible to address all Help Requests and allows customers to respond until they feel that their question has been fully addressed. If you feel like the answer you receive does not provide all of the information you need or that the Customer Success Team misunderstood you, I recommend requesting more information or re-clarifying your question. I see that in the most recently Help Request you were able to schedule a Zoom call with my colleague Erin and that she will be assisting you with this issue that you are experiencing.
