Unable to add a new client because it states the email address in already in use
AnsweredI have a minor client and her mom is listed as the contact and her email is connected to the minor's Client Portal. The mom would also like to receive her own counseling services, and when I attempt to create her as a new client, it won't allow me to because it states her email address is already in use. Do I merge them? Or can I have a minor and the parent be listed as separate clients? Please advise.
