Clients Not Receiving Text Reminders
AnsweredTwo clients of mine who have been receiving text reminders this past year + have not received their most recent reminders (I was notified this happened a second time by one of those clients yesterday). I confirmed that it was set up correctly and with the correct number (and nothing has changed with their info since they were successfully receiving them all this time). I looked at my Appointment Reminders report and see "undelivered" next to these clients.
One client missed the appointment due to this glitch and did not pay me (as she was not reminded).
My request is: (1) how do I resolve this so they are reminded? (2) I would like a Simple Practice credit or something as this system malfunction caused me a loss of income ($175).
