Locations w unique emails reminders

I wish Sim Prac had a feature where we could send out unique emails/text appointment different reminders that had specific information for that clinic's location (call back phone number, address, instructions for parking, bldg access, etc) and not have to send out a generic practice information. We can change some (not all) of the address info in the main initial email, but we can NOT edit the appointment reminder emails/text for a specific clinic. It's super confusing for clients who attend appointments in different locations!!! Please improve this feature! Thanks!

Also, we are really hoping "mass emailing:" to all clients can become a feature soon!!! We'd like to tell all our current and former clientele at once our new mask policy!!
