rendering provider's name is required
AnsweredI had a claim that got rejected because we accidentally added a consultation to the claim that is not billable to insurance. However, when I resubmitted the claim, it came back as a scrub with "The claim[service lines][2][rendering provider]'s last name is required" as the error code under box j in the appointment information area, even though the provider's last name is definitely in the box. What can I do to fix this? I have had several claims rejected because of this. My last name is hyphenated.
