Outage again! Come on simplepractice, this is not simple! More like stressful

Once again I am unable to access the video chat, the link works but it's just a blank white screen...I have 4 clients today that now have to be inconvenienced. Not at all happy!

 

Please advise.

  Hi Kariannn,

  We have not had any recent reported outages, therefore, if this occurs again I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can investigate the issue and determine how to resolve it.
