DO you have actual humans working at simple practice?

Your site is great.  Good information.  However, it would be nice to talk to a real person.  Do you have a phone number or email address for a real person.  I'm school and I still appreciate being able to reach out to someone who can answer my questions.  Particularly when Im considering switching to your service.

  Yes, we have email, phone and live chat support options available. To create a Help Request click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request. Here you will also see the option to choose to call our Customer Success Team instead.
