I am new to simple practice. Today I signed in and I see a client that I never seen under my caseload. It shows multiple visits again under my name. Please help removing this information under my name.

I am very new to Simple practice I signed in for almost the first time and I see a name of a client that I never met and is unknown to me with multiple visits. This is very scary that someone put my name as a provider to client I never know.I am trying to set am appointment with live help and that is almost impossible. When I requested help it direct me to computer created subjects unrelated to this issues. This is very scary to me please dude me.

  Hi Maryam,

  I see that you were able to create a Help Request for this and have it resolved since the client you were seeing is the test client that is added into every SimplePractice account by default.
