No Live Chat help
AnsweredNeed assist with setting up individual client from previously linked as couple with another client. Followed info to set up the individual file…except there is NO “insurance” data or ‘edit’ for same on the now new individual client file. Attempt to access Live Chat… Nope. Not offered under the help section… Live Chat hours in the program state they are available Mon-Friday 6am -7pm with exceptions of particular days and hours and holidays and none of the exceptions are Mondays at 6:17pm.
