Using Insurance Credit to Pay For Session

Hi,

My client hit her deductible but I didn't know it - so she has an insurance credit. She late cancelled and I was hoping to use her insurance credit to pay, but that doesn't seem to be an option. How do I use the insurance credit to pay for her missed session?
