how to access client cancellation reason
AnsweredMy client cancelled and in the "cancellation reasoning" section indicated she would be on vacation. I did not see that message so I followed up with an email and she had to tell me again why she cancelled. How can I get access to any messages a client might include regarding their cancellations? I don't want to have to ask them to tell me more than once why they are cancelling.
