I am trying to reinstall a client who is a minor. When i add her again with her parent contact, it will not allow me to resend the practice documents because the contact already exits.
I have gone in and deleted both the contact and client.
When reinstalling, I am not allowed to resend documents because it states that the contact already exists.

Hi Diana,
Rather than recreating the contact profile when you are adding it to the client, you can search the name of the contact to then select their name and automatically upload the contacts profile. This will need to be done every time that this contact is added to a new clients file.
