Is there any way to change the default setting so that SP does not automatically try to charge a no show fee? Insurance will not pay for no shows to appointments and I don't want to have to go into the account and edit the fees every time.

  Hi Kate,

  I see you were able to receive an answer on this in a chat yesterday. There currently is not a way to automate client's not presenting with a Fee for a No-show appointment. If you wish to not charge the client, you can elect to change the appointment status to cancelled.
