Is it possible to have all new portal requests emailed to the scheduler? Our scheduler is always looking at the calendar to see if new requests came in. It would be great if they would be notified. Thank you!

  Hi Jennifer,

  Only the requested clinician is able to receive appointment requests and there is no way to divert or also send the email to the Scheduler.
