My state, WI, requires that mental health clinicians include client's strengths among additional information in the treatment plan. I created a treatment plan template that I was disappointed to be unable to load as an option for the diagnosis and treatment plan function. To help clinicians be compliant with state requirements, and therefore state Medicaid, Simple Practice should make building treatment plan templates an option.

  I agree, I would like to be able to choose my own treatment plan template from the treatment plan dropdown, when will this become available?

  Yes! Please help. We would like to be able to amend the current Diagnosis and Treatment Plan to allow for additional objectives, actions steps, strengths, modalities of care and after care plans.

  I'm in the same boat. Medicaid keeps dinging us on not having projected completion dates for everything on the treatment plans.
