reminder to update in Stripe won't go away

Hey, are you all continuing to get the reminder to update your payment info. even if you have?

I click on the link on my practice dashboard and Stripe says I have done this. 

Each day I get an email from Simple Practice saying to do this.

Can you all at Simple Practice please update your auto-reminders to free those of us who have updated from this constant loop?

It's possible I have not accurately completed stripe integration but I think I have.

If this is a simple practice person email me?

I don't see where to start a ticket.  I miss the days you all actually answered the phone.

You would think for these prices customer service would go up, but ...we shall see.

  Hi Bridget,

  I see that you were able to contact our Customer Success Team via Help Request to receive assistance with this. Our notifications are not currently synced up with the entered Stripe information, however, you can create a Help Request to have this immediately resolved.
