reminder to update in Stripe won't go away
AnsweredHey, are you all continuing to get the reminder to update your payment info. even if you have?
I click on the link on my practice dashboard and Stripe says I have done this.
Each day I get an email from Simple Practice saying to do this.
Can you all at Simple Practice please update your auto-reminders to free those of us who have updated from this constant loop?
It's possible I have not accurately completed stripe integration but I think I have.
If this is a simple practice person email me?
I don't see where to start a ticket. I miss the days you all actually answered the phone.
You would think for these prices customer service would go up, but ...we shall see.
