superbill will not print for sessions that no superbill has ever been printed for prior

Hello,

What can I do if I ask for a superbill for the month of march 2022 and it only prints 3/30/22 on it.  There is no previously printed superbill with the earlier march dates on it and I have never had this problem before. It seems to be leaving out the March sessions other than 3/30 and I don't see any way to fix it.

Any suggestions?
