    Hi Heather,

    Our team is aware of incorrect insurance claim filing charges on certain accounts. If you received an email about this, your account may have been charged incorrectly.

    There’s no action needed from you at this time. Starting the week of April 18th, we’ll reach out to those who were affected with more information about how we’re rectifying any incorrect charges. 

    We apologize for any disruption this may have caused, and have already taken the necessary steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
