Hello, is there a way to add an alert that would pop up when you open the patient's chart? I am referring to alerts such as patient is allergic to x, or patient has large balance etc. Thank you.

  Hi Joy,

  Currently there is no way to add an alert, however, you can add an Admin Note which will then appear at the top of the client's file every time you open it.
