When Simple Practice forced its users to change billing plans, you removed the claim counter that was on the subscription page. Please explain why it was done (hoping subscribers miscount so you can charge more?) and have someone on the tech team replace it asap. Such a "simple" thing should be standard so that clinicians like myself don't have to waste time counting every time I submit a claim to make sure I am not over the plan - I'd rather change EHR companies.
