Family therapy without client present

Hi,

I am scheduling a family therapy session without client present and noticed that at the end of this billing code there is an option for me to select a number going from 1-25. Is this number meant to represent the number of people involved in the session or something else? Any insight here would be greatly appreciated as I have not been able to uncover what this means anywhere else on your site.
