How do I submit multiple claims to a secondary insurance, when only the primary insurance was initially billed and the secondary insurance wasn't entered and saved under that client during that time. The secondary insurance was identified after the primary claim was filed. I have just recently entered the secondary insurance into the system under that particular client.

  You can only file a secondary claim once the primary claim is finalized. Once finalized, if you open the claim there should be the option to file secondary claim, even if the secondary insurance was added to SP after you already filed the primary claim.
