Cancelled my account and still charged
AnsweredI cancelled my subscription on line on April 14, 2022. I was due to be billed again on April 15, 2022. My online cancellation did go through successfully. Despite this cancellation, I was charged on April 15 for another month. I have sent Support requests to get refunded. No one is responding. There's no way to call SP that I can find.
