My clients and I are in the same time zone however, their appointment reminders are for a different time zone

I live in Gainesville, Florida. My client live in Gainesville, Florida. For whatever reason, their appointment reminders are in different time zones. For instance, I had a client scheduled for 6p tomorrow. Her appointment reminder stated that her appointment was for 3pm tomorrow. I've checked the settings on my end and it is set correctly to Eastern Standard Time.
