Can existing clients submit appointment requests?

    Hi Joanne,

    If you have enabled this feature for your current clients, they will be able to book from their Client Portal. If they are not seeing any appointments available, I recommend checking your availability settings and service settings. If this still does not resolve the issue, you can create a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can assist. Click on the ? icon in your account > Ask Questions > No > Contact Support > Send an Email Request.
