why can't I use the same parent's email for 2 siblings I see?

    Hi Dominique,

    In order to use the same email for both clients, you will need to add the dad as a contact for both clients. Once you create the contact profile to add to one of the clients, you can then add the same contact profile to the second client by using the Search bar to find the contact's name. This will then allow you to have emails sent to the same email address for both of the clients.
