Hello. I am curious why when a client cancels an appointment it doesn't show up as available to book for other clients? Can you please let me know.
Also, is there a place to put people on a waitlist who are waiting for an appointments so that they can get an alert when there is a cancellation or if available appointments open up?

When a client cancels an appointment, this should open the spot as available to book for other clients. I recommend contacting our Customer Success Team via Help Request so that they can look into why this isn't functioning. Additionally, we don't have a waitlist feature yet, but our Product Team has updated this Ideas and Suggestions Board post https://feedback.simplepractice.com/forums/918553-simplepractice-feedback/suggestions/36868597-wait-list-management to show that it is something currently on our product roadmap.
