Client's Appointment Link Not Working
AnsweredI had a client who downloaded the Simple Practice app, filled out forms, and then, the day of appointment, she followed the link for the appointment and nothing would happen. How can I help my clients through this issue?

Currently the SimplePractice app is only for SimplePractice customers and not clients. If the client would like to join their Telehealth session from their phone, they will need download the SimplePractice Telehealth app. Once the client clicks on the appointment link either in their text or email reminder on their phone, it will automatically open up the SimplePractice Telehealth app. If the client is still having issues with this, I recommend creating a Help Request so that our Customer Success Team can investigate.
