Client unable to log in

I have had a couple clients say they are unable to log in unless they use a link sent to them by Simple Practice. Is there a way for clients to log in from the home page? Thanks!

Hi Jamie,
The login workflow that your client is describing is the only way to log into the Client Portal. Once the client has your Client Portal URL, they will click on that, enter their email, and then receive an email from SimplePractice with a one time link to log into the Client Portal.
