I have a group practice and we are considering moving to SP.  There are 2 therapists and 1 prescriber in the practice, and we share clients. I would like the medication prescriber to see the therapy notes for their clients, obviously. It seems like this might not be possible---but before I cancel my subscription I want to make sure. If all 3 providers have admin access would they be able to see the chart notes for a client from everyone in the practice?

  Hi Courtney,

  The Practice Manager role allows you to grant these team members access to viewing chart notes for all clients.
