On Saturday I was informed my several clients that automatic payments (in larger amounts than what they owed) were deducted from my clients account causing them to overdraft. I conducted a search and followed the steps outline in the disabled the autopay help tab, refunding the accounts and saved the requests. I double check and all seemed fine. Today is Sunday 4/24 and it seems all accounts were charged the same amount again. This is unacceptable! Please correct ASAP
PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS ASAP!!!
