DIY Progress Note with Check Boxes Template

Hello everyone,

I am looking to find a template for creating counseling progress notes that is as "check boxy" as possible so as to increase my productivity. If anybody reading this who created or knows of a check box PN template, and is willing to share it, can please email me what you use, I'd be eternally grateful. My email is nick.b.liappis@gmail.com.   Hi,

  I have submitted a number of requests to SP to allow me to work with their background program to create such a Template and post it here.  As of yet I continue to get the same cut and paste answers from the Help Desk, which refer me to these pages.  Very, very, very frustrating.  I have  Medicaid and private insurance complaint forms that I have created  and would like to generate in a user friendly format on this platform.  Absolutely no response whatsoever.  Crickets.

  I came here looking for how to load a note template with check boxes. It's disappointing to see it's not an option yet. SP, we'd really love for this to be available!

  Would love the same! Finding progress notes to be quite difficult. Especially if Simple Practice can create one that would satisfy most insurance requirements
