Initiated Payments Not Showing up in Payout Report/Transferring to bank

I initiated payments on 4/21/22  for $25, $100, $100, $100, and $50 but they are not showing up in the "pay out report". My clients' accounts say that they they have paid -- but stripe is not showing this amount ($375 less the stripe percentage fee) in my account or reports. Can you please help me figure what to do? Thank you!
