can't access simple practice in the schoo-based setting but fine in the office

I used to be able to access simple practice (notes, appointments, etc) when in the school setting but started having problems about 1 week ago.  

 

I would get pop up messages " the connection to secure. simplepractice.com is not secure"

or "the connection to www.gstatic.com is no secure" which I had not seen before.  I can have internect connection but can't login www.gstatic.com website nor access simple practice / email, etc.  What should I do to fix this problem?
