Hi There:

I am new to simple practice and haven't found the email to book an onboarding call. 

How can I go about this? Also, I notice my logo isn't showing up on documents and I'm wondering why and how I can fix this.

  Hi Marcey,

  I have gone ahead and created a Help Request on your behalf so that someone from our Customer Success team can follow up with you to send you the onboarding call booking link and assist with the issue you are experiencing with your logo.
