Storing psychology test data in the client file - how can I do this?

I have a neuropsychology testing practice and would like to securely store a scan of the raw test data, and a copy of my final report in the client file in Simple Practice.  I do not want the client to ever have access to this.  How do I store PDF's securely in the client file without the client having access to it?  Thanks.

  Hi Laura,

  You can upload a file into a clients file by going to the client's Overview page > Uploads box > Upload New. Anything that you upload into this box will not be sent to the clients Client Portal.
