Change Billing Amount On Individual Client

Hope this isn't a silly question but I can't seem to figure out how to change the automatic billing amount for an individual client.  Here is what I mean.  When I go to charge the client after the session, it automatically populates my full rate.  But if I have decided to give a discounted rate to an individual, I want it to populate with that discounted rate so I don't have to go in and change it every time.
