I am working with other platforms (Headway and Westside) that take care of my billing. For Westside, I just need to collect copays for Kaiser and Humana insured clients. How do I mark these copays as paid for my own financial tracking without actually billing insurance through Simple Practice. Also, I accidentally noted that I collected $20 in cash from the client 2x for their first session and don't know how to undo that.
Ultimately, I would like to create invoices as needed for client copayments. Thanks!
