SOLUTION NEEDED: Clients book initial visit online but no subsequent appointments available!

I'm perplexed in trying to find a solution to this. I want my clients to book online but my schedule is booked so far in advance that if someone finds an available slot, say after someone cancelled this week, and slips in my schedule, I end up seeing them for a first visit but have no way to schedule them for follow up visits for 2-3 months! Any ideas much appreciated!

  I'm not booked out quite as far but I did add a note on my website FAQ page that says how long I am booked for and to expect that length between initial consultation and beginning services.
